Studio Guidelines
- Our studio is open from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM on weekdays, and 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturdays. You’re welcome to wait on the bench outside before your class begins. 
- Our studio is exclusively designed for women in order to create a comfortable and supportive environment. Men are strictly not allowed while classes are ongoing. 
- Do check-in with our staff before the class starts so she may mark your attendance in our system. 
- We have our dedicated prayer essentials available for our members. Do inform our staff if you'd like to use them! 
- No food or drinks are allowed in our studio, with the exception of plain water. 
- For your safety, we maintain 24/7 CCTV monitoring in all common areas while respecting privacy in the changing room. 
- While we maintain a secure environment, the studio does not assume liability for the loss of personal belongings. We encourage members to check their items before leaving the studio. 
- You may change at the facilities available near or in the studio prior to class. 
- All equipment will be provided by the studio with extra sanitisation steps taken. 
- Please bring your own hand towel to wipe yourself down after class.

- We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or any form of behavior that undermines the dignity and respect of our members and staff. 
- We celebrate individual fitness journeys, recognizing that each member progresses at their unique pace. Our instructors are trained to provide personalized modifications and encouragement for all skill levels. 
- We believe in cultivating a positive, growth-oriented mindset that transforms fitness from a challenge into an opportunity for personal empowerment and well-being. We hope that everyone will be able to maintain a positive attitude during their sessions. 
Class Guidelines
- Please arrive on time for class and leave in as timely a manner as possible. 
- First-timers may sign up for our trial class before committing to a full membership, allowing you to experience our unique atmosphere. 
- Please book your preferred classes at least 2 hours before the start time to secure your spot while slots last. 
- To ensure a seamless experience for all members, class bookings must be completed and paid for in advance. 
- Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before class starts. If not, your credit will be forfeited and no refunds will be given. 
- Bookings for classes will open up 2 weeks in advance for all members to book their slots. 
- We kindly request all members to wear appropriate workout attire and footwear during classes to allow for full range of motion and reduce any risk of injury or accident. 
- Late arrivals are requested not to ring the bell as it can disrupt an ongoing class. 
- Pre-booking online via the Glofox app/our website is essential prior to each class. 
- Do bring a personal water bottle and towel for your workouts. 
- Please be considerate of others by wiping down all equipment after use with provided sanitizing materials. 
- To maintain focus and respect others' concentration, please keep your phone on silent and avoid usage during class. 
- Before class begins, please inform your instructor about any injuries, health conditions, or concerns. 
- If you feel unwell during any session, please stop exercising and inform your instructor immediately. 
- If you are expecting, please consult with your doctor to ensure you are cleared for fitness classes. Do inform the instructor if you are pregnant as well. 
- Entry is free for children from ages 5-12. We kindly ask that they refrain from yoga and pilates sessions as these classes require a focused environment. For safety purposes, children under 5 are not allowed.
